The foundation of Twin Rivers Realty began with two distinct journeys that converged on the shores of the Inner Banks.

Melissa Kramer’s connection to the region started in the sun-warmed waters outside of Bath, spending her childhood summers exploring the Bayview Community. Even as her later career took her to Raleigh, the peaceful rhythm of coastal life never left her mind.

Meanwhile, Daniel Hill was discovering his own love for the state’s diverse landscapes. Born in the mountains of North Carolina, Daniel moved east to attend North Carolina State University. After graduation, he felt a powerful call toward the coast. The very first time he visited Bath, he fell in love with the town and bought a house right then and there.

Coming Home to Passion

As Raleigh expanded, Melissa chose to leave the growing city behind and return permanently to her favorite place on earth: Bath. Back home, her life truly blossomed. She married, welcomed her twins, and discovered her true professional calling in local real estate. Over the next five years, she channeled her passion into results, quickly rising to become the top-producing agent at a major national real estate firm.

Daniel shared that same instant drive and a lifelong love for houses and architectural design. Turning his passion into a career, he became a realtor and immediately excelled as a consistent top producer throughout all his years in the industry. For Daniel, real estate was never just about transactions—it was about building deep, lasting relationships that endure long after closing day.

While mastering the mechanics of high-volume sales at national firms, both Melissa and Daniel realized clients needed a more personal, tailored experience than a corporate franchise could offer.

Driven by a shared vision of community-first service, they partnered to found Twin Rivers Realty. Named in honor of the waters that define the region and the family that grounds their lives, Twin Rivers Realty blends elite market expertise with genuine hometown heart.
